DUNCANVILLE, Tex. — if the authorities raided Amy Wazwaz’s tobacco store in North Texas this spring, officers seized every item CBD that is containing oil from shower balms to lollipops.
CBD, brief for cannabidiol, is a chemical compound derived through the cannabis plant, but one which doesn’t end in a high. This has become extremely popular over the last many months due to claims so it aids in many different conditions, from anxiety and diabetes to headaches and menstrual cramps.
But while CBD is currently as typical as coffee in certain neighborhoods, offered in departmental stores and tested with a hamburger that is national, control of CBD in a few places can prompt an arrest.
The authorities broke down the door of Ms. Wazwaz’s store, seized CBD products and thousands of dollars in cash, and confiscated employees’ personal cellphones in Duncanville, a suburb of Dallas. Read More
